  • The method of detecting chimerism routinely used is the STRs. Recently, the European SNPforID group has validated a panel of multiple minesequencing by SNaPshot® of 52 autosomal SNPs whose ability to discriminate between individuals could be very useful for the follow-up of transplants of allogeneic bone marrow transplants. Tamara, during her master's degree work, has demonstrated the utility of this multiple minisequencing panel to the follow-up of allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipients. Great job Tamara !!!
